Frank Sluter

As Managing Partner of Satty & Partners, Frank Sluter is our fearless leader. Not only does he head the firm’s auditing and review department, and he is also in charge of the firm’s quality control where he assists with the implementation of firm policies and procedures. Frank has a keen knowledge of the changing dynamics in government and not-for-profits and as such specializes in auditing and consulting for governmental units and not-for-profit organizations, including recipients and sub-recipients of federal awards, private foundations, governmental agencies and civic/charitable organizations. He also specializes in pension, profit-sharing and 401K plan audits. From a vertical market standpoint, you’ll never find a more versed and experienced professional if you have auto and truck dealerships, leasing companies, manufacturing operations, or are in the construction and medical industries.
Professional Affiliations
Frank is passionate about serving the community, serving on the boards of various not-for-profits. He is a member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYSSCPA). Frank has provided leadership to his peers, as the former President of the Nassau Chapter of the NYSSCPA and Chairperson of its Accounting and Auditing Procedures Committee,on the NYSSCPA’s Not-For-Profit and Accounting and Review Services Committees. Additionally, Frank frequently lectures to other CPAs on behalf of the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants on various accounting and auditing topics as well as providing the spark to high school and college students about the profession and careers in accounting.

Education
Frank earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Bernard Baruch College in 1989. He became a licensed Certified Public Accountant in 1995.
Recognition
Frank has been featured in “Who’s Who in Accounting Audits”, in the Long Island Business News. He is also a recipient of the Foundation for Accounting Education’s Outstanding Leadership Award. Additionally, he is a member of the Executive Committee of the St. John’s University Accounting Circle.
